Lake Latoka Family Retreat is a spacious and inviting lake home on a level lot in beautiful Alexandria, MN. The main floor features an updated kitchen and dining room, a four-season porch perfect for sunrise views, a lakeside living room with new flooring, and two large bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a fully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second main-floor bedroom offers a queen bed and twin bunk beds, with an updated shower/tub bathroom nearby.

The lower level provides even more room to gather, with a large family room, a separate billiards area with pool table and foosball (arriving soon), and a wet bar complete with a full-size refrigerator, stove/cooktop, and a pass-through window to the game room. Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs: one with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and one with two queen beds, along with a full bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the expansive lakeside yard is ideal for yard games and relaxing by the water. Guests can enjoy lake toys for all ages, including two stand-up paddleboards, two kayaks, a lily pad, and a newly expanded sandy beach with paving stones, shore lights, a spider swing, four Adirondack chairs, and wide steps into the water for kid-friendly access. A 20′ pontoon (seats 10, 60hp motor) is available to rent and comes with a full tank of gas. Parking is available for 6 cars. A starter supply of paper products is included with each stay.
