Alex Landing offers 1500 square feet of thoughtfully designed lakeside living. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and large island, an open-concept layout ideal for gathering, a cozy gas fireplace, sectional sofa, and a 65 inch smart TV. Outside you’ll find a spacious deck overlooking the water, complete with a gas grill and fire column, and an inviting al fresco dining area. Guests have access to a private dock perfect for lake adventures. The large, fenced front yard offers a safe and open space for children to play freely.

Other Details to Note

The full bathroom has a walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, but no bathtub. An infant tub is available for babies up to 18 months. There are about 20 enclosed, railed steps leading from the deck to the dock. From the dock, a small three-step staircase provides easy access to the water for swimming. The boat lift is not available for guest use. License #2270
