Just minutes northeast of downtown Alexandria, Lake Le Homme Dieu Beach is easily accessible from Hwy 29 and sits on the southeast side of the lake, recessed from the highway. The beach features a designated swimming area, parking lot, modern restrooms, and a seasonal refreshment stand.
