Lake Brophy County Park is a spacious outdoor destination on the shores of Lake Brophy west of Alexandria, offering year-round recreation, scenic views, and family-friendly amenities. About Lake Brophy County Park
A nice park overlooking Lake Brophy and North Union Lake. Lake Brophy County Park has a fully accessible playground. a fire pit, dock/pier, overlook benches, primitive trails for hiking & mountain biking, public beach and direct access to the Central Lakes Trail. In the summer of 2023 the new shelter was officially opened, with accessible bathrooms and picnic tables to enjoy a nice gathering near the park and lake.
In the winter, enjoy a groomed sledding hill, fat tire biking and cross country ski trails. Two great sliding hills provide a little variety, but the visitor center provides a little warm-up, and a restroom, should you need it.
