Alexandria Art Guild Brings Art to the Heart of Downtown

As of October 1, 2025, the Alexandria Art Guild is leasing space for its new Visual Arts Center, located at 612 Broadway Street in the heart of downtown Alexandria. This highly visible storefront marks an exciting new chapter for our organization and our mission to grow a vibrant visual arts community.

A New Creative Hub in Downtown Alexandria

The Visual Arts Center will provide a dedicated space for exhibitions, meetings, and workshops, allowing us to engage with the public in new and meaningful ways. Its large street-level window and inviting Broadway entrance make it easy for visitors to discover local artists and enjoy the energy of Alexandria’s retail district.

Though the space is technically a basement level, it features extra-wide stairs for easy access, and they are actively raising funds and pursuing necessary permissions to install a lift, ensuring accessibility for all.
